We offer compact cross-flow and down-flow aluminum radiators, in various core thicknesses with superior Welded Tube technology for the maximum cooling. NBR offers compact charge air coolers with high-temperature plastic tanks or traditional welded aluminum tanks. We also offer charge air coolers in drawn cup design for smaller capacity turbochargers. For enhanced cooling and compact size of the charge air cooler, new welded tubes with inner fins (turbulators) are available.

We offer complete cooling modules including Steel mounting frame, De-Aeration tank, Fan cowl, Radiator, Condenser, Transmission cooler, Diesel cooler, and Inter-cooler. Aluminum air charge coolers options with cores in Extruded tubes or Welded tubes with Inner Turbulators, along with options of un-louvered fins are available. Extra large aluminum radiators are available in several louvered / un-louvered fin and oval / B-tube options. We have the capability of brazing aluminum radiators for up to 350 HP engines (core sizes of 900 x 1200 mm) For additional product life, NBR uses in-house developed components (patent applied) along with traditional vibration isolation features.

We offer heavy duty copper/brass radiators for off-highway/mining trucks used in the construction and mining industries. NBR has a range of rugged designs with anti-clogging copper fin designs, customized for the construction and mining industry. We produce copper/brass radiators for engines ranging from 270 HP to 2500 HP. NBR uses in-house developed components (patent applied) along with dampeners, cross supports and end tube blockers to isolate the cooling modules from the extreme vibrations.

We offer aluminum radiators with special anti-clogging un-louvered fins to minimize debris clogging the system, ensuring a reliable and maintenance free product in the field. Both plastic or metal cowls are available depending on the application – farm or forestry. We have developed radiators for engines ranging from 15 HP to 240 BHP (4-row tube, cores – 122 mm thick) traditional copper/brass radiators are also available for forestry and extra high-power farm equipment.

We offer both highly specialized aluminum and copper/brass cooling systems depending on the application and the environment of the equipment. These cooling packages are designed to withstand extreme vibrations, thermal conditions, and dusty work environments. NBR optimizes the configuration of the various heat exchangers to derive the maximum cooling from the air flow available, critical in these low-speed applications. We also design the supporting framework for the cooling system, minimizing the vibration exposure to the heat exchangers.

NBR specializes in the manufacture of extra-large copper/brass cooling systems for diesel-powered locomotives with up to 4000 HP engines. We offer radiators with welded tubes, mechanically bonded after coolers and plate type lube oil coolers for long term reliability and enhanced performance. NBR also manufactures aluminum converter/transformer oil coolers for electric locomotives up to 6000 HP.
We offer highly efficient aluminum cooling packages for Genset applications for operating in closed sound insulated canopies. Typically NBR offers a plug and plays solution for Genset manufacturers, providing a complete cooling solution that includes Radiator/Inter-cooler/Expansive Tanks/Mounting Frame/NL Tanks/Pressure Cap/Cowl/Stone Guard and Flexible Hosing. The option of plastic or aluminum tank is available.
We offer heavy duty copper/brass radiators in tandem with Aluminum charge air coolers/Fuel coolers/Aftercoolers for Genset applications above 200 KVA. Typically NBR offers a plug and plays solution to Genset manufacturers, providing a complete cooling solution that includes the entire cooling assembly inclusive of the fan and the motor. We provide the option of an electric modular fan motor assembly for enhanced cooling, this reduces the power utilization of the fan motor as the number of fans operating is modulated by the heat loss requirement of the engine and the ambient temperature.
NBR offers a complete package for the cooling requirements of Wind Mills. We manufacture aluminium oil coolers of plate & bar design for gearboxes; along with air-to-air coolers for the armature coil cooling. We can braze cores up to 2 meters in length and that weight up to 250 kg; typically used in Wind Mill applications.
We offer plate & bar design cooling packages for Compressors of 10 KW to 150 KW. The plate & bar design is specifically used for this application, to withstand the high pressures.
